What you’ll be doing
* Analytics Partner: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, confidently representing analytics and shaping priorities.
* Insight to Action: Analyse digital and eCommerce data to identify drivers and opportunities, framing recommendations that lead to impactful decisions.
* Data Products & Storytelling: Develop user-friendly dashboards and champion storytelling standards to ensure insights are clear and actionable.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with eCommerce, Product, and Engineering teams to bridge the gap between analytics and decision-making.
* Advanced & Predictive Analytics: Apply advanced techniques to forecast performance and explore emerging tools to enhance efficiency.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
* Proficient in Power BI, Databricks and Google Analytics
* Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within a digital or eCommerce environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for different audiences.
* Proficiency in data visualisation tools and analytics software.
* A collaborative mindset, eager to work with cross‑functional teams.
It would be great if you also have
* Experience with advanced analytical techniques and predictive modelling.
* Familiarity with AI and emerging analytics tools.
* A background in eCommerce or digital marketing.
