Our client is looking for a Full-time Receptionist to join their busy team in Basingstoke.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
The role will involve the following responsibilities:
1. Welcoming office guests and directing them to the appropriate person or office.
2. Invoicing and handling monthly payments.
3. Answering and making phone calls on behalf of office employees.
4. Handling office correspondence.
5. Maintaining office supplies.
6. Scheduling meetings for employees.
7. Maintaining the reception area.
