Principal Social Worker (Kinship Fostering) Pay rate in line with the pledge - £41.58 Umbrella / £33 PAYE Cardiff Council The Kinship Fostering team are looking to recruit a Principal Social Worker. This is a non-case holding role within a developing and growing service area. Within this role, you will: Play a key part in strategic planning and service development Maintain involvement in day-to-day practice matters Lead on quality assurance of assessments from internal and external assessors Drive quality and performance standards across the kinship service Develop and deliver training briefings and sessions to improve service quality This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape practice and performance, while contributing to high standards of service delivery. You will support the Service Manager and wider team in delivering tailored support to kinship foster carers.
