We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Care Worker to join our team at one of our Homes.
Night Senior Care Assistant
Contract: Part-time – Weekends and weekdays
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee care on a designated unit during your shift.
* Review and update individual care plans to ensure personalised support.
* Provide personal care with empathy and respect to all residents.
* Administer medication safely and support social activities during each shift.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Essential: Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
* Desirable: Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification.
* Proven experience working with older adults in a residential care setting.
* A strong passion for leading and delivering excellent care to residents.
