The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £26,000 – £34,000 Basic (Depending on your experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday Only (Strictly no weekends – ever).

What You Will Be Doing
* Developing Skills: Carrying out vehicle servicing and maintenance to high standards.
* Learning Diagnostics: Learning to identify and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
* MOT Support: Assisting with MOT preparation and health checks.
* Quality First: Taking the time to ensure every repair is safe and accurate.
* Teamwork: Working collaboratively within a small, professional team that genuinely enjoys coming to work.
Are You The One?
* You have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a workshop.
* You are qualified to Level 2 minimum (we can help you reach Level 3).
* You take real pride in your workmanship and have strong attention to detail.
* You are a reliable, professional "can-do" person who wants to grow your skills long-term.
* You hold a Full UK Driving Licence and are based in or near the Sevenoaks area.
