We are seeking vibrant, energetic individuals to join our incredible team of Female Support Workers, supporting a young person with complex needs in a rural home just outside Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.
You will be caring and proactive and have a minimum of 1 years’ experience within a professional care role. Complex care experience is favourable, however not essential as in-depth training and ongoing support will be provided.
Hours available: Full-Time or Part-Time - Daytime shifts and/or Waking Nights
Pay rates: £13.30ph weekdays, £14.30ph weekends & bank holidays paid at £18.75ph
You’ll play a key role in providing consistent, person-centred care and support—whether it’s helping plan meaningful activities, assisting in the pool/hot tub (always alongside another colleague), or simply being a steady presence in our clients daily routine.
Flexibility is key, especially for night shifts, which may begin at an alternative location depending on our clients’ evening plans.

Support Worker Requirements:
* You will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar care assistant setting/role
* You must hold a full UK driving licence
* You must live in Bristol/South Gloucestershire area
* You must have the right to work in the UK without requiring spοnsοrship or vіsa transfer
* You will be adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable working independently
* You will have excellent communication skills and speak fluent English
* You will be comfortable and confident around animals - our client has a family dog who is very friendly
* You will be open-minded, organised and ready to take initiative
