The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will support senior leadership in delivering a broad portfolio of Education, Residential, and Commercial projects across Cambridgeshire and surrounding regions, with project values ranging from £5m to £200m.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for career progression, with the option to step into a management role, mentor junior staff, and offer APC support to aspiring professionals.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
Ideally MRICS, or working towards chartership with a construction-related degree
5+ years Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy / cost management environment
Proven track record of running projects from inception to completion
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
