Hexcel is looking for a dynamic Senior HR Advisor to join our team in Duxford, UK. This is a key role where you’ll partner with leaders, shape HR strategy, and support employees across the UK and Asia Pacific.
What You Will Do:
1. Be the go-to advisor for managers and staff on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practice.
2. Lead on disciplinary and grievance matters, guiding managers through investigations and hearings
3. Drive HR programs including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and policy compliance.
4. Support global HR operations across Asia Pacific sites (Japan, China, India, Malaysia).
5. Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning and coach managers to build strong, empowered teams.
6. Design practical HR solutions that enhance business performance and foster a positive workplace culture.
7. Provide HR insights and data analysis to inform decision-making.
8. Work closely with the HR Manager and wider team to deliver high-quality support.

Qualifications:

17. Experience with stakeholder engagement; able to provide clear, practical guidance.
18. Handles sensitive information with discretion.
19. Solid understanding of HR systems and procedures.
20. Effective communicator and influencer; highly organized with attention to detail.
21. Experienced in facilitating meetings.
