We are looking for an Aggregates Logistics Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the transportation and delivery of aggregates in a dynamic and fast-moving workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivery Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the transportation of aggregates to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries to customers and project sites.

* Schedule Management: Manage and adjust delivery schedules in real-time, addressing any disruptions or last-minute changes in routes, vehicles, or customer demands.

* Problem Solving: Quickly resolve logistical challenges, such as delays, route changes, or equipment issues, to keep operations running smoothly.

* Customer Communication: Serve as the point of contact for customers, providing updates on delivery status, addressing concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

* Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with dispatch, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination of orders, deliveries, and logistics.

* Fleet Management: Monitor vehicle utilization, track delivery status, and ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.

* Cost Optimization: Manage transport costs and optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational expenses.

* Real-Time Monitoring: Use logistics software and tracking systems to monitor deliveries in real-time, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
