Mobile SMART Repairer / Paint Sprayer required for our Client’s busy Smart Repair Business located in Reading.
Working as a Mobile SMART Repairer / Paint Sprayer for our Client you can expect a salary of £33000 basic with an OTE of circa £45000 with the working hours of Monday To Friday.

OTE of £45,000+ annually
Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Repairing damaged vehicles in line with the Manufacturer’s specifications
Carrying out Smart Repairs
Following safety procedures
Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair
Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ SMART repair experience OR Paint Spraying background
Proven ability to deliver high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs including wheels, bumpers, and bodywork
Excellent customer service and People Skills
Full UK driving license and clean driving record
