Global Reward Analyst

Location: United Kingdom- 3 days in office per week

Role Purpose:

Deliver comprehensive analytical and operational support across the full spectrum of compensation and benefits activities within the organisation.

This includes gathering, interpreting, and managing complex data related to pay structures, incentive schemes, and benefits offerings, whilst ensuring all processes are streamlined and efficient.

Take a proactive role in collaborating with internal stakeholders to align reward strategies with business objectives and company culture.


Monitor market trends and regulatory developments in reward and compensation, contributing to the design and adjustment of policies as needed.

Ensure the preparation of accurate financial models and provide high-quality, actionable insights rooted in robust WTW benchmarking practices. Leverage WTW survey data and job evaluation frameworks to underpin recommendations for base pay, bonuses, and long-term incentive planning.


Maintain meticulous attention to detail in data analysis and reporting, producing dashboards and analytics that highlight relevant reward trends and support key business decisions. Uphold best-in-class standards for data integrity, consistently delivering outputs that facilitate sound decision-making and support both global and local reward needs.


Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive benchmarking of roles using WTW surveys, analysing market data to ensure competitive compensation practices and identifying areas for improvement within the organization's reward strategy. Collaborate with department heads and commercial business partners to ensure accurate role matches and appropriate benchmarking outcomes.
* Manage the annual WTW data submission cycle, coordinating with various stakeholders to gather, validate, and submit organizational compensation data in accordance with WTW guidelines and timelines. Monitor progress, resolve discrepancies, and maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
* Prepare detailed financial models for base pay, bonus, and long-term incentive planning, incorporating market trends, internal equity, and business forecasts. Present modelling outcomes to senior management and provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making and strategic reward initiatives.
* Maintain and update job architecture data, including job grades and WTW matches, to ensure accurate classification and alignment with global frameworks. Regularly audit and review job data for consistency, and support job evaluation processes by interpreting survey results and matching jobs to WTW standards.
* Support the design of base pay ranges using GGS job evaluation methodologies. Collaborate with HR teams to analyse job roles, determine appropriate grade placements, and propose pay structures that balance market competitiveness with internal equity. Assist in implementing new pay ranges and communicating changes to stakeholders.
* Produce dashboards, analytics, and cost models that highlight relevant reward trends and actionable insights for leadership. Use advanced data visualization tools to present complex information in a clear and accessible format, enabling business leaders to make informed decisions about compensation and benefits strategies.
* Provide support for data and reporting requirements from external third parties, including auditors, regulators, and consultants. Prepare accurate and timely reports, respond to information requests, and ensure data integrity in all external submissions. Liaise with external partners to clarify requirements and facilitate smooth information exchange.
* Assist in the administration and delivery of annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, bonus allocations, and incentive distributions. Coordinate timelines, update systems, and communicate processes to ensure smooth execution. Address employee inquiries and support HR teams in resolving issues related to reward cycles.


Experience:

* Working knowledge of compensation, benefits, and reward governance.
* Understanding of WTW or similar job evaluation and survey methodologies.


Skills and Competencies:

* Able to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
* Analytical Agility - exceptional financial modelling and data interpretation skills to forecast the impact of complex incentive designs.
* Commercially astute and able to align reward design with business performance and company culture
