We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Litigation Secretary/Assistant to join this well established and progressive legal practice. You have the opportunity for full time or part time work (no less than 22.5 hours) and also the choice of working close to Newbury or Maidenhead!!
The position includes:
General administration duties incuding the copying of documents, filing of documents and letters etc
Opening and closing of cases
Diary management
Typing from digital dictation
Drafting of letters and documents
Preparation of court bundles
Managing calls from clients and responding to enquiries
Attending internal and external training and networking events
You will be supporting the Team Leader along with the Fee earners.
This position is seeking the right person so whether you are looking for part time hours or full, to work from Newbury or Maidenhead the position and the Company is fully flexible.
