We are looking for a confident and organised Appointment Setter to support our growing business development team. This role involves screening inbound leads, gathering key information and research from potential clients, making outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, and ensuring our CRM system is kept up to date. You’ll play a vital role in helping us connect with the right clients at the right time.
The Need-To-Knows
Location: Bolton (Hybrid)
The role will be hybrid working with three days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) with working hours 9am till 5pm daily.
Hours: 37.5 (Mon - Fri), 9:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: £24,570- £26,000 depending on experience, with annual salary review and profit share bonus

What you’ll be doing
* Screen Inbound Leads: Assess incoming enquiries and qualify them based on suitability for our services.
* Client Information Gathering: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, timelines, and objectives.
* Outbound Calling: Contact pre-qualified leads to arrange appointments for our sales or consultancy team, using a professional and consultative approach.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, lead statuses, and client details in the CRM system.
* Follow-Up Communication: Send confirmation emails and relevant information following calls and appointment bookings.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and consultancy teams to ensure smooth handovers and consistent messaging.
* Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead progress, appointment conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
* General Administrative Support: Assist with additional tasks such as data entry, research, and supporting marketing campaigns as required.
* Undertake any additional duties your line manager deems suitable for you to carry out.
Person Specification
What you’ve done so far (Essential Criteria)
You'll be educated at a GCSE level Maths and English C level or above.
You have the ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with demonstrable experience of prioritising workloads and working to deadlines
What you’re good at
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional and confident telephone manner
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
* High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
