Who We’re Looking For: Our client is on the hunt for a Care Coordinator to be the glue that holds their care team together. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager and staff to make sure every resident receives care that’s more than just good—it’s exceptional. From organising shifts and supervising staff to ensuring medication is safely administered, your days will be busy, meaningful, and never dull. Your Superpowers: · Communication skills that could charm a spreadsheet and calm a resident. · Team-player vibes—because care is a team sport. · At least 2 years’ experience as a Care Coordinator. · Ideally, a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it). · Ambition to climb the ladder—our client loves to promote from within. · Solid understanding of CQC standards and regulations. What You’ll Bring to the Table: * · Experience supervising care staff and leading with confidence. * · Empathy and understanding for both residents and colleagues. * · Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented (you notice the little things). * A flair for creating a warm, supportive environment.
