Job Description Home Visiting Vaccination Nurses – South East London We are currently recruiting experienced Vaccination Nurses to support a home visiting service across South East London. Role Details: Days: 5 days per week (flexible options available) Hours: 09:00 – 17:00 Start Date: 5th May System: EMIS Web (experience essential) Duties: Administering COVID-19 vaccinations in the community Visiting housebound patients in their homes Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMIS Web Delivering safe, patient-focused care Requirements: Previous COVID-19 vaccination experience Confident using EMIS Web Access to own vehicle and ability to travel between patient locations NMC registered This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to an important community service while working within a supportive and well-organised team.
