Overview

This role is based in London and requires full right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship or relocation is not available. Mindspace is a provider of flexible workspaces with offices across Europe, Israel, and the US.

The position is a regional HRBP role that supports leadership teams across the UK and additional European markets (Netherlands, Romania and Poland). It reports to the VP of International Markets, with a dotted-line to the Global VP of HR.


What You Will Be Responsible For

* Act as a strategic partner to the VP of International Markets and regional leadership teams.
* Translate business goals into a clear people agenda (org design, talent priorities, structure, execution).
* Coach and enable managers on performance, feedback, talent development and leadership behaviours.
* Lead key talent processes end-to-end (performance cycles, talent reviews, development planning, promotions, succession and retention).
* Own and manage employee relations cases in the UK, Netherlands, Romania and Poland.
* Ensure alignment with UK employment law and local EU regulations.
* Support organisational effectiveness initiatives, workforce planning and change management.
* Partner closely with HQ functions (TA, L&D, Finance, Legal, People Ops) to ensure strong and compliant HR practices.
* Use people data and insights to identify trends and drive informed decision-making.


Experience & Background

* 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a global organisation.
* Proven HRBP experience supporting the UK, Poland, Romania, and Netherlands.
* Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and experience handling employee relations cases in the UK.
* Experience supporting multiple markets simultaneously.
* Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
* Experience managing the full employee lifecycle in an international environment.
* CIPD qualification - strong advantage.
* Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
