Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners. Your leadership skills will help guide and support both children and fellow staff members in their development.
Duties
* Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development across various areas.
* Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and physical growth.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and well-being.
* Manage daily routines, ensuring the safety and hygiene of the nursery environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive team atmosphere.
* Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
Experience
* A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is essential.
* Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage groups of children effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* A genuine passion for working with children and fostering their development.
* Ability to drive initiatives that enhance the nursery experience for both children and staff.

Pay: £22,880.00-£33,803.48 per year
