Birmingham City Football Club is seeking a creative and driven Midweight Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Marketing, Media & Brand team. This is a pivotal role where you will shape and maintain the visual identity of the Club across all departments, including retail, ticketing, memberships, and commercial events. Key Responsibilities: Design high-quality artwork for Club-wide projects in line with established brand guidelines. Develop seasonal visual styles tailored to specific audiences. Create engaging content for BCFC’s website and social media platforms, including static and animated graphics. Produce visually compelling email templates. Ensure consistency in branding, particularly for Birmingham City Women’s FC. Collaborate in project planning and contribute innovative ideas aligned with current design trends. Confidently present and pitch creative concepts to senior leadership. Support and mentor junior design staff and lead projects under the guidance of the Senior Brand Design Manager. Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines without compromising on quality. Perform additional duties as required to support the evolving needs of the Club. What are we looking for from you? Degree-level design qualification /evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD). Skills in video editing, animation, illustration, or 3D design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) on Mac. Ability to meet high standards within budget and tight timelines. What can we offer to yo u?
