The Opportunity This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a key part in enhancing the student experience at the College by supporting personal development, employability, and character education initiatives. As the Personal Development Administrator, you will be at the heart of organising events, developing resources, and tracking engagement to ensure students gain the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to thrive both in education and beyond. The position offers the chance to work collaboratively across departments, engage with a diverse student community, and contribute directly to initiatives that promote inclusivity, cultural capital, and personal growth About you You will bring outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students of all ages and backgrounds. Highly organised and detail-focused, you will be confident in managing data, producing analysis, and using IT systems such as Excel to support continuous improvement. You will have experience of coordinating events and activities, alongside the ability to prioritise tasks and work collaboratively within a team.
