Role Overview:
As a Junior Event Call Centre Agent, you will support our marketing campaigns by engaging with potential attendees and customers over the phone. Your role will involve promoting events, providing information, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact to event participation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to promote upcoming marketing events and campaigns.
* Engage with potential customers to provide event details and answer queries.
* Assist in coordinating attendance and maintaining accurate records of responses.
* Deliver excellent customer service while representing clients' brands professionally.
* Support the team in achieving call and event participation targets.
* Gather feedback from calls to enhance future campaigns.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confidence in speaking with a variety of customers over the phone.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team.
* No previous experience required—comprehensive training will be provided.
