What You Will Be Doing:
As our Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for both our team and guests. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional food quality and service.
* Supporting the management team and fostering a happy, engaged team environment.
* Running fantastic shifts, ensuring only the best food is served.
* Developing your team to achieve Super Squad status.
* Mastering all kitchen sections, from cutting fish to rolling sushi.
* Continuously improving our food offerings while maintaining a safe kitchen environment.
