🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

Support public sector clients across the Wales region.
*
Lead the delivery of technical added-value services across a wide range of construction projects.
*
Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver better outcomes for social housing and local authority projects.
*
Apply your construction and project management knowledge from feasibility through to completion.
*
Utilise CRM tools and regulated procurement knowledge to support quality assurance, compliance, and service excellence.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills – you're a people person with professional confidence.
*
Experience in construction project management, ideally with exposure to public sector frameworks.
*
Knowledge of regulated procurement, and a good grasp of CRM systems.
*
Experience or understanding of the social housing and local authority sectors is a strong advantage.
