Cover Supervisor Duties:
* Supervise and manage classrooms during the short-term absence of teachers.
* Ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
* Follow lesson plans provided by teachers.
* Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
What we are looking for:
* Previous experience working in a school setting is essential.
* A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classrooms and subjects.
