We're seeking Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a growing engineering team. Hours
* Total 42 hours across 3.5 days per week
* 3 x 12 hour Day shift (06:00 – 18:00) aligned with site engineering shutdowns + additional 6 hours alternating Wednesday and Friday each week 07:00 – 13:00.
Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer
* Deliver hands‑on engineering support to keep production running smoothly
* Perform both reactive and planned maintenance on plant and equipment
* Keep maintenance records up to date using our CMMS system
* Work closely with production to meet daily performance goals
* Follow safety and repair best practices at all times
* Contribute to continuous improvement and cost‑saving initiatives
Qualifications and Experience Required
* Time‑served/apprenticeship‑trained engineer
* Relevant engineering qualifications (C&G/NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC preferred)
* Strong mechanical or electrical skillset
* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
* Positive, proactive mindset and a team player
