Job Title: Account Manager

Salary: £30,000 per annum + Up to £9k bonus

The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Account and Business Development Manager to represent leading marketing and communication agencies across Europe. This role focuses on outreach, client relationship nurturing, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver a seamless service.
Your Responsibilities
Outreach:
* Represent the client(s) professionally, building and nurturing prospects.
* Ensure all meetings booked are qualified, documented and communicated to the client.
* Book two or more meetings a week and manage scheduling changes promptly.
* Maintain agreed outreach volumes consistently.
Client Management:
* Prepare and lead meetings with the client, building rapport and trust.
* Draft detailed briefing notes with clear objectives before client meetings.
* Support client strategy by implementing bespoke campaigns.
* Work with the Client Success Manager to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Admin:
* Use CRM, Google Sheets, and internal processes comfortably.
* Log conversations with clear actions and next steps.
* Read and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Work is hybrid, requiring presence in our Kings Cross office at least two days a week.

Required Attributes:
* Organised and attentive to client needs.
* Experience managing and nurturing relationships.
* Confident reaching out to new leads and introducing the client.
* Proficient with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
* Excellent English language skills, verbal and written.
* Highly focused, organised, and eager to learn and grow.
* Calm under pressure, able to multi‑task and prioritise in a shifting environment.
* Proactive and comfortable contributing to discussions.
* Self‑motivated problem‑solver with an eye for detail.
* Good communicator, able to read and adapt to social cues.
* Ability to anticipate and identify client issues.
* Excellent note‑taking during conversations.
Desired Attributes:
* Experience with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
* Knowledge of GDPR and data protection practices.
* Touch typing.
* Additional languages.
