You’ll drive the adoption of best‑in‑class digital content, align omnichannel and commercial strategies, and empower affiliate teams to deliver measurable commercial impact while ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives on a practical level.

Your role
As The Multi Brand Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Ensure smooth implementation of the new model Global - Local ensuring high level of collaboration and consistency in ways of working
* Act as point of contact for MSEM towards Global Brand, gathering inputs and being ambassador of affiliates
* Being on top of existing product strategies and actual support materials for all the brands of MSEM
* Conceptualizing and projects leading the set‑up of an automated self‑service solution – to the extent possible – that Mid‑Sized European Markets affiliates use for when adapting materials for their individual markets
* Collaborate closely with various Global Marketing teams on how incorporate their materials and know‑how efficiently to MSEM markets
* Act as point of entry and have individual dialogue and follow up with MSEM markets/regions to secure the best possible solutions that are both cost‑effective whilst still allowing the Mid‑Sized European Markets affiliates to conduct local marketing based on global approach and directions
* Set‑up and monitor KPIs for MSEM affiliates interactions/use of global materials & know‑how
* Provide inspiring and engaging leadership and conflict management to overcome any resistance from implementing the new ‘one‑to many’ approach
* Seek out opportunities for further simplification, standardization and adoption across MSEM affiliates
* Work on the synergies that can be found within MSEM organization and act as point of practice and experience sharing
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
* Experience from a multinational environment
* Experience with MCM in the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience from a global organization working at a regional and/or global level
* Cross functional leadership foundation
* Project management skills
* Stakeholder Focus & Patient Centricity
* Multicultural agility is required
* Budget & cost control and understanding of budgets in the context of business strategy and commercial targets
* Understanding of HCPs needs and preferences when engaging with the pharma industry
* Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and medical/marketing incl. LMR processes
* Good understanding of MCM platforms
* Sees the benefits of data and analytics related to activities and customers
