Customer Service Specialist – Banking & Financial Services (Hybrid Glasgow)
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – 2 days in the office, 3 days work from home after training).
Salary: £13.35 per hour. Shifts: Full Time 40 hrs over 8.00 am – 8.00 pm, 5 days over Monday - Sunday. Full flexibility required to work any shifts within these hours.
Contract: Permanent. Start Dates: 27th Oct 2025, 24 Nov 2025.
Training: 3 weeks in the office, followed by 3 weeks Grad Bay (six-week period full time in the office).
Background Checks: Right to Work in the UK, Criminal Record Check, Credit Check, and any other related checks.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional and efficient customer service across telephone, email, webchat and social media channels.
* Use problem-solving skills to support customers, resolve queries and create a positive experience.
* Ensure all customers are supported in accordance with regulatory requirements to protect customers.
* Have excellent attention to detail and be knowledgeable of client processes and products to support customers.
