Summary
Our Business Services Team are vital to the smooth running of our properties. They work with colleagues across all departments to ensure we operate in an efficient manner, that we operate safely and checking that our regular health and safety compliance tasks are being carried out.
We're looking for a Business Services Co-ordinator to join the Suffolk Portfolio team as we bring together Ickworth Estate, Lavenham Guildhall and Melford Hall and help shape new processes across our sites.
Hours: You'll work 15 hours per week. You'll work 8:30 - 5pm on a rota basis across 7 days of operation.
This is a fixed term contract due to end when the postholder returns to the role. At this point we cannot confirm exactly how long this contract will last, but it is unlikely to be more than 11 months.
Internally you'll be known a Business Services Co-ordinator (place based).

What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Visitor Operations Manager, you'll be part of a small Business Services team offering support across our properties. You'll support with administration tasks, health and safety compliance, email and phone enquiries and group booking administration. As part of the wider Visitor Operations team you'll also have the opportunity to support our visitor operation, providing support to our customer facing teams to deliver outstanding customer service to over 417,000 visitors a year.
