A nurturing and inclusive specialist SEMH setting for Key Stage 2 to 4 learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). About the Role
* Teach a broad and balanced curriculum within our nurturing pathway for pupils in Key Stages 2-4
* Use trauma-informed and relational approaches to build trust and engagement
* Focus on developing pupils' emotional well-being, social skills, and readiness to learn
* Work in partnership with colleagues, families, and professionals to support each child's unique journey
* Contribute to the creation of a warm, inclusive learning environment where every young person feels valued
What We're Looking For
* A qualified teacher with knowledge of the KS2-4 curriculum
* Experience of working with pupils with SEMH and additional needs
* A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching and behaviour support
* Creativity and flexibility to design learning that truly engages pupils
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
To Be Eligible You Must
* Hold the Right to Work in the UK
* Have QTS (or equivalent) and be able to evidence your qualifications
* Hold or be willing to apply for an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate
* Provide two professional child-related references
* Be confident communicating with pupils, families, and colleagues in accurate spoken English
