The role
The successful applicant would take control of the new car sales department and manage a medium-size team on a day-to-day basis. This is a rewarding position for someone who has run a sales department before within a car dealership.
The person
The individual must be hungry, ambitious and a great motivator to run the new car sales department within the dealership. They would be managing a team that is well established and have good disciplines in place. It is essential that the successful applicant has managed a sales team within a car dealership before.
