We’re looking for a dedicated Case Worker to join our team - someone with a rare mix of compassion, resilience, organisation and flexibility. This is for the person who understands that rehabilitation isn’t just about offering advice; it’s about rolling up your sleeves and pro-actively supporting someone on their journey.

* Signposting: Refer and encourage participation with Ingeus hub services and other suitable external support to assist rehabilitation.
* Action Planning: Formulate a detailed action plan identifying specific needs and barriers and the support required to aid transition.
* 1:1 and group interventions: Work with participants individually and in small groups where appropriate.
* Caseload management: Manage multiple individuals, balance their needs, handle related admin, and ensure progress is tracked.
What We Are Looking For
