Studio Coordinator – Creative Design Consultancy
Katie Bard is seeking a proactive and highly organised Studio Coordinator to join a thriving, creative, design consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to become the heart of a busy, creative studio, supporting daily operations and helping to foster a positive and inspiring workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome visitors and manage reception duties.
* Coordinate meeting rooms, travel, couriers, and office supplies.
* Support facilities management, health & safety, and office maintenance.
* Assist with onboarding, training records, and employee administration.
* Provide project support, including formatting reports and maintaining documentation.
* Support company events, marketing initiatives, ESG projects, and social activities.
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and landlords.
* Assist with reporting, timesheets, and project system updates.
About You:
* 12+ months experience in an administration, studio, or operations role.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional, positive approach.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Proactive, adaptable, and confident working independently or as part of a team.
* Enthusiastic about contributing to a collaborative and creative environment.
