International Account Manager (Medical Simulation)

We are working with a global leader in healthcare training solutions who design and supply innovative medical education products used by clinicians, educators, and institutions worldwide. Their mission is to improve clinical training standards and help shape the healthcare professionals of the future.
As an International Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing strong, consultative relationships with distributors across key international markets. You’ll play a pivotal role in building market presence, supporting product adoption, and ensuring distributors are equipped to succeed. This role offers the opportunity to represent an internationally respected organisation at conferences, exhibitions, and customer meetings around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through distributor partnerships.
* Develop and execute business plans at distributor and country level.
* Recruit, onboard, and manage new distributors to expand market reach.
* Provide product training and commercial support to distributor sales teams.
* Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
* Represent the brand at international conferences, events, and product launches.
About You:
* Previous experience in international distributor / channel partner sales.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Additional language skills are essential – ideally Arabic, Portuguese, German, Mandarin, French, or Spanish.
* Strong track record of sales success with excellent relationship-building skills.
* Confident presenter and communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Commercially astute, analytical, and computer literate (Salesforce experience desirable).
* Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30% of time).
* Based within commuting distance of Bristol HQ, with hybrid working when not travelling.
* Background in medical, nursing, or life sciences is advantageous but not essential.
