Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain machinery with precision to ensure smooth production flow.
* Supervise a shift when trained, providing guidance and support to your team.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards to uphold our excellent reputation.
* Utilise your FLT Counterbalance licence where needed to enhance operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
* Train and mentor junior staff, sharing your knowledge and experience to foster a positive work environment.
* Maintain accurate records of production output and machinery performance.
Qualifications
* Proven machine operating skills with a strong track record in a similar environment.
* Experience in supervising teams, ensuring productivity and safety.
* A valid FLT Counterbalance licence is required.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
