Job Description
Are you a dynamic, commercially astute marketeer eager to make an impact in the SaaS industry? TAINA Technology, a well-established leader, seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing efforts. You will craft and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate demand, and maximize product adoption across diverse audiences. This standalone role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional with strong commercial awareness, excellent content creation skills, and a hands-on approach. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, SME, Product, and Customer Success to lead and execute marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and Demand Generation: Develop data-driven campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel and grow pipeline.
Content Creation: Own content across digital, social, and email channels, including blogs, whitepapers, press releases, newsletters, and videos. Utilize AI tools to streamline content production.
Digital Marketing & Website Management: Maintain and optimize the website, oversee SEO, monitor analytics, and liaise with external agencies.
Sales Support: Collaborate with sales to improve conversion rates and develop sales enablement materials.
Strategy & Budgeting: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with objectives and budget.
Branding: Ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
Social Media: Manage and grow social channels, focusing on LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Events & Sponsorships: Plan and manage internal and external events.
Reporting: Track, measure, and refine campaign performance, reporting results and iterating for growth.
Core Skills & Requirements
4-5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably within FinTech, with a successful campaign track record.
Qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Broad expertise across content, social, and data analytics, with deep skills in areas like Demand Gen or content marketing.
Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, CoPilot, and strong analytical skills.
Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Attention to detail, creativity, and commercial awareness.
