As our Community Housing Administrator (CHA) youre the face to face customer support to our communities. Typical day as our Community Housing Assistant
Through visibility, engagement with customers and proactivity on our estates, youll really get to get to know our communities.
Youll support our housing managers to look after their patches and through this, help us to improve our local neighbourhoods.
Youll support with tasks such as managing our empty property processes which includes liaising with local authorities, also completing estate inspections, engaging and meeting with contractors on site.
Youll carry out and record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities.
Youll also manage the admin updating records, ordering, and arranging payment for works to be done.
