Production SupervisorCookstown£38k - 42k + 10% annual bonusBlack Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Cookstown, to recruit a Production Supervisor.As the successful Production Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate daily production floor operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are consistently achieved. The role requires a strong commitment to lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement, and employee engagement to drive operational excellence.What We Require:Candidates should be qualified to minimum of GCSE level or equivalent.Significant production experience gained in a similar manufacturing environment.Experience and proven track record of supervisory and /or people management is essential.An understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques would be advantageous.Awareness of visual management.Ability to work to and meet strict deadlines and able to adapt to changing priorities and goals.Full Job Spec Available upon application.
