Our well-established client are recruiting for a Mechanical Workshop Engineer to join their growing team.
Mechanical Workshop Engineering Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and assembly mechanical components
- Working on bespoke equipment and vehicles
- Reading and working from Engineering drawings
- Following health and safety procedures
The ideal Mechanical Workshop Engineering will have:
- Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools (drills, grinders, riveting etc.)
- Interpretation of engineering data (drawings, schematics etc.)
- Worked on similar equipment, HGV’s, plant, heavy machinery (Preferred)
- Basic fabrication
- Fluent in English
- UK driving licence car
- Welding knowledge, MIG and TIG (Desirable)
- Worked with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment (Desirable)
Mechanical Workshop Engineering working hours:
- 40 Hour week
- Monday to Thursday 07:30– 16:30, Friday 07:30 - 14:00
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
