Sales Order Processor
to support their busy operations team and keep orders flowing smoothly.
The Role
As a Sales Order Processor, you’ll manage the end-to-end processing of customer orders through
Linnworks
, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all channels. From troubleshooting order issues to liaising with warehouses and couriers, you’ll be a vital link between platforms, customers, and the fulfilment team.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders using
Linnworks
Monitor and resolve any order issues, stock discrepancies, or fulfilment errors
Ensure manual orders are processed promptly and accurately
Liaise with warehouses, customer service teams, couriers, and platform contacts
Support returns processing and investigate order-related queries
Carry out daily checks to ensure all orders are imported and processed correctly
Maintain accurate records and provide reports as needed
Assist with general administrative tasks across operations
What You’ll Bring:
✅ Proven experience in sales order processing or a similar operations role
✅ Strong working knowledge of
Linnworks
(or similar OMS)
✅ Experience with multi-channel retail platforms (
Shopify, Temu, B&Q, Tesco
)
✅ Confident IT skills — you pick up systems quickly and work accurately
✅ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✅ Knowledge of
Sage
is a plus but not essential
