Dallamires Stables Large showjumping yard in Birstwith, HG3 2JQ. We are a professional showjumping stables and pride ourselves in top care and performance setting our standards high in producing horses from foals to Grand Prix horses at our stables.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Stable Hand to join our team at a reputable equestrian facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily care and maintenance of the stables and surrounding areas.
**Duties:**
* Perform daily tasks related to the care of horses, such as mucking out, turning out, tacking up, feeding, grooming, and poo picking
* Maintain cleanliness and organization within the stables and surrounding areas
* keeping yard and stables clean and tidy
* Provide basic animal care under supervision
**Experience:**
* Prior experience working with horses, is essential
* Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
