A leading global asset manager is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Change team, delivering strategic business transformation across Corporate Functions / Corporate Change. This role sits within the Corporate Enablers portfolio, supporting CFO, Chief People Office (HR), and General Counsel domains. You will take full end-to-end ownership of multiple concurrent initiatives, driving governance, financial oversight, stakeholder alignment, and delivery through the complete project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple business change projects across Finance, HR and Legal functions Own lifecycle delivery from business case through to implementation and closure Manage governance, steering committees, RAID logs, budgets and benefit realisation Partner with senior stakeholders and accountable executives to drive decision-making Work closely with PMO to ensure robust reporting and adherence to methodology About You: 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within a large financial services organisation Strong experience delivering corporate functions transformation (CFO / HR / Legal) Excellent stakeholder management and governance experience Commercially astute with strong budget and benefits tracking capability Confident operating in regulated environments This is a senior, high-visibility role suited to an experienced business change professional looking to drive enterprise-wide transformation within a structured, global organisation.
