We're searching for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to become a key member of our client's close-knit team. This role offers the chance to make a real impact by providing essential customer service and financial administration support.

The ideal candidate will naturally excel at customer service and communication. We value a keen and proactive approach, someone eager to contribute from day one.

While prior experience in financial administration isn't a prerequisite, you must have a strong willingness to learn new skills and enjoy playing a vital, cross-functional role within the company.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries
Process customer orders, issue order confirmations, prepare invoices, and process credit notes
Communicate with customers to address pricing, delivery time lines, and order amendments
Support with general office admin including health and safety checks, and distribution of personal protective equipment
Facilitate the comprehensive management of customer accounts, ensuring all necessary financial and contact details are up to date.
Support with the monitoring and review of customer credit limits
Contribute to the timely reporting of overdue accounts, consistent with policy terms
Process expense claims for both staff and corporate credit cards, along with inputting vendor invoices
Execute daily bank reconciliations.What we are looking for:

Proven customer service experience in an office environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Confident user of Microsoft packages
Highly efficient and organised approach to work

Title: Admin and Finance Assistant

Salary: up to £30,000 DOE

Location: Maidenhead

Contract: Permanent, full-time (fully office based)
