Role Description
This is a part-time Marketing Assistant role, covering maternity leave, based in Thurmaston. The role involves supporting the Sales and Marketing Director with administrative assistance, managing communication tasks, coordinating marketing materials, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities may include handling scheduling and clerical tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities within the department. Approx. 16 hours per week, the role would suite someone who needs flexibility around school runs or someone wanting to make their first steps into marketing or may be studying for a Marketing degree and wants to get some hands on experience.
Qualifications
* Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
* Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette
* Experience providing Administrative Assistance
* Detail-oriented with effective time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database and CRM and other relevant software
* A positive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Previous experience in a marketing or similar administrative role is a plus
