As a Senior Carer, you should be able to multi task, prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure. You should have NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent and be passionate about delivering exceptional care to the ladies and gentlemen we support.
About The Role
Principle Roles and Responsibilities
* Support people with all aspects of their health, social and emotional well-being including personal care, mobility, medication, continence, nutrition & hydration, in line with their care plan; promoting independence at all times.
* Ensure that residents appear well-kept in their personal care, hygiene and clothing.
* Provide mental and physical stimulation through conversation and activities inside the service.
* Work effectively as part of a team, respecting each person as a unique individual and treating them with dignity.
* Write, update, review, and work in accordance with individual care plans, providing personal care to enhance wellbeing.
* Communicate clearly with the manager and care team, reporting good practices and concerns.
* Build and maintain relationships with residents and their families, demonstrating good communication skills.
* Complete records and routines accurately, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
The ideal candidate should be compassionate, respectful of privacy, and committed to high professional standards. Willingness to learn and grow through training, mentoring, and performance reviews is essential.
Schedule: Part-time, Full-time, Permanent or Bank; Day and Night shifts available.
Wage: Up to £13 per hour.

Desired Criteria
* Experience as a senior carer or team leader in adult care
* Strong leadership and communication skills
Required Criteria

* Good English, numeracy, and writing skills
* Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* At least 1 year of care experience
