Requirements
As a Reception Manager, you will be expected to:
* Ensure the highest levels of customer service are delivered to our guests.
* Understand the impact of effective cost control while undertaking your role.
* Maintain good product and local knowledge for guests when requested.
* Ensure cooperation and compliance with all relevant legislation.
* Undertake learning and development to fulfill your job role.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position and will be able to deliver excellent service to our guests.
Guestline knowledge is essential!
We are looking for someone passionate about hospitality, reliable, and eager to learn as part of our growing team.
Duties will include:
* Providing efficient and friendly service when dealing with all guest requirements at the front desk and handling telephone inquiries effectively.
* Ensuring all staff are familiar with booking procedures to maximize sales and revenue.
* Collaborating with all hotel departments to ensure accurate reports and information are provided upon request.
* Keeping the front desk presentable and staffed at all times.
* Demonstrating knowledge of hotel services and local area facilities.
* Maximizing room revenue in line with company standards.
