Qualifications
* First level Registered Nurse
* A Critical Care qualification
* Evidence of supporting learners in practice experience.
* Evidence of management experience
* Clinical and Leadership Ability
* Up to date experience of working in a Critical Care setting
* Good interpersonal, communication skills
Responsibilities
* To take charge of the Unit on a regular basis in the absence of a senior nurse
* To assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care, providing support to other members of the multidisciplinary team
* To lead, motivate and supervise the professional work of nursing staff at Band 5 and below, exercising good leadership and control
