Role Overview As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting the academic and personal development of Students in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. You will create a friendly and safe classroom environment where children feel happy, confident, and ready to learn. Working closely with parents and school staff, you will help each child reach their full potential through engaging lessons and positive support. Key Responsibilities: Deliver well-planned lessons that meet the requirements of the curriculum for KS1 or KS2 students. Regularly assess students’ work and progress, providing helpful feedback to encourage improvement. Promote positive behaviour and create a respectful learning environment. Maintain detailed records and follow all school guidelines, especially regarding child safety and safeguarding. Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills. Role Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential. Proven experience teaching in primary schools across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and/or Key Stage 2 (KS2) classrooms is desirable. Strong understanding of the curriculum, with the ability to plan and deliver lessons in core subjects. Excellent classroom management skills to promote positive behaviour and create a calm, focused learning environment.
