My Client is a HealthTech Business based in Colchester, Essex. Growth through acquisition sees them recruiting for a Group Financial Reporting Manager to join their Colchester based team.
The Role
After acquiring a few new companies, they are bringing all their finances together and building a top-tier reporting system. Based on this they are looking for a technical candidate with Group exposure.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and mentor the finance team by assessing skill levels, implementing training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
* Lead the preparation and review of Group consolidated accounts, ensuring full compliance with both FRS 102 and IFRS statutory reporting standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax advisors to manage a seamless year-end process and ensure timely, accurate corporation tax filings.
* Partner with the Integration team to lead the financial onboarding of newly acquired entities, including hands-on data migration to NetSuite and policy alignment.
* Bridge the gap between Financial Reporting, FP&A, and AP teams to maintain rigorous data integrity and reporting consistency across the entire business.
* Drive process transformation by aligning newly acquired business units with Group accounting policies and optimizing internal reporting workflows.
