Job title: Graduate Application Support
Location: Preston (Lancashire) or Frimley (Surrey)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus
What you’ll be doing:
Provide Application Support, Administration and Maintenance services to our global users and stakeholders
Making configuration changes to applications when needed.
Follow standard ITIL processes like Incident Management, Access Management, Request Management and Change Management to deliver an efficient support service for one or more applications in our Products & Applications portfolio
Improving user experience and supporting processes
Working alongside other like-minded individuals in similar roles for other applications across the portfolio.

Qualification requirements
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any IT course (e.g. Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computing & IT, etc.) A degree in a non-IT course, but one which exposes individuals to IT processes (e.g. Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, etc.)
