About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of our client operations—overseeing a portfolio of accounts while mentoring and developing a high-performing account management team. You’ll ensure service excellence, strengthen client partnerships, and identify opportunities for long-term growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and maintain accurate client data, health scores, and pipeline visibility
* Drive strategic account growth through relationship building, retention, and cross-selling
* Coach and develop Account Managers and Executives to deliver high-quality client communications
* Oversee support workflows, ensuring efficient triage, escalation handling, and SLA performance
* Establish and track performance metrics to improve service quality and team output
* Lead adoption of operational tools (e.g. Freshdesk), ensuring effective implementation and usage
Who We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in account management or client services (tech, media, or managed services preferred)
* Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing others
* Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. Navori, Embed, Tripleplay) and ticketing tools (e.g. Freshdesk, Zendesk)
* Highly organised with a track record of managing data accuracy and meeting SLAs
* A strategic mindset with the ability to prioritise growth over day-to-day tasks
* Calm, professional, and confident managing multiple priorities
* Flexible and willing to step up during peak periods
Bonus: Experience mapping customer journeys in retail or restaurant environments
